International Sales Return & Refund Policy

1. 总则
本政策适用于所有采购订单，若具体订单或合同中存在书面特别约定，则以该约定为准。买方须在收货后7个工作日内通过书面形式（建议电子邮件）提交退货申请，并附上相关证明（如照片、视频等）。

General Provisions
This policy applies to all purchase orders unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Buyers must submit return requests in writing (preferably via email) within 7 business days of receipt, supported by evidence (e.g., photos, videos).

2. 退货条件
2.1 可接受退货

  • 产品质量缺陷：卖方承担往返运费，或协商下次购买时补发，或协商赔付缺陷产品金额

  • 错发/漏发货物：卖方承担往返运费，或协商下次购买时补发，或协商赔付相应产品金额

  • 运输途中损坏：卖方负责索赔（买方需提供承运方证明），或协商下次购买时补发，或协商赔付损坏产品金额

2.2 不接受退货

  • 买方主观原因（如不喜好、规格与预期不符等）

Return Conditions
2.1 Accepted Returns

  • Product quality defects: Seller bears round-trip shipping costs, or will negotiate replacement in next order, or negotiate compensation for defective products

  • Wrong/missing items: Seller bears round-trip shipping costs, or will negotiate replenishment in next order, or negotiate compensation for corresponding products

  • Transit damage: Seller handles claims (buyer must provide carrier proof), or will negotiate replacement in next order, or negotiate compensation for damaged products

2.2 Non-Accepted Returns

  • Subjective reasons (e.g., dislike, specs not as expected)

3. 特别约定
若合同或订单中另有约定，则以该约定为准。

Special Agreements
If the contract or purchase order specifies other terms, those terms shall prevail.

4. 退货流程
4.1 需先获取退货授权编号
4.2 货物需保持原状，标注授权编号
4.3 寄至：中国福建省厦门市思明区美头山路14号401室（邮编361000）
4.4 验货后7个工作日内通知处理结果

Return Process
4.1 Must obtain Return Authorization (RA) Number
4.2 Goods must be in original condition with RA number marked
4.3 Ship to: Room 401, No.14 Meitoushan Road, Siming District, Xiamen, Fujian, China (Postcode 361000)
4.4 Notification within 7 business days after inspection
